Jennifer Crews is a highly experienced professional with over 25 years of strategic, leadership, and operational expertise. She is currently the Chief Ecosystem Officer at SHIFT Thinking, where she builds and nurtures a network of leaders who practice "Shift Thinking" - a business philosophy that aims to foster a new way of thinking to achieve exponential results. Jennifer also provides senior leadership on demand as an interim or part-time executive. She has held leadership positions at notable companies, such as Lucent Technologies and Dun & Bradstreet, where she was the GM for the +$60M Strategic Alliances business.

Jennifer is a highly educated individual with an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA from Lafayette College. She is highly passionate about education and making the world better for women and children. As such, she serves on the company boards of several non-profits, including WOMEN Unlimited Inc., Second Life Bikes, and In This Together Media. Jennifer is also a mastermind group facilitator for Chief, a membership organization for women executives.
