Jennifer's expertise lies in Public Diplomacy and Digital Diplomacy, with a focus on international relations, national security, and humanitarian affairs. She is known for her ability to create repeatable processes that ensure program sustainability and success beyond her involvement.

With a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Jennifer has a strong educational foundation. She has also studied abroad at the American University of Rome.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has held key roles in various prestigious organizations. She has served as the Deputy Division Chief at the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security, Public Affairs Officer - Social Media at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and Strategic Communications Officer at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, among others.

Notably, Jennifer has also been actively involved in different leadership positions. She has been a former Leadership Board Member of the Digital Diplomacy Coalition and former Communications Chair of the Women's Intelligence Network.

Jennifer's professional journey includes experiences at advertising agencies in New York, a social media analytics startup in San Francisco, and diverse roles in international settings such as the Consulate General of Switzerland in New York and the World Food Program USA.

She has also ventured into teaching as a Business English Teacher at Kaien English Language Training Center in Shanghai, China, showcasing her versatility.
