She currently serves as the Director of Acquisitions at Sounds True, where she oversees acquiring new content. Prior to this position, she held the role of Senior Acquisitions Editor at the same organization, showcasing her expertise in content selection and acquisition strategies.

Her earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant to the Director at the Tibetan Buddhist Resource Center, where she gained valuable insights into the operational aspects of an organization focused on Tibetan Buddhism.
