•	Developing roles, responsibilities and deliverables for the IMO team.
•	Working to bring three recent domestic and international acquisitions into the Comcast fold.

At the Federal Employee Program Operations Center (FEPOC), I project managed several initiatives in the Healthcare industry, including portions of the ICD-10 Compliance upgrade.  I also headed up a new IRS compliance project with a 2015 budget of over $2.2M. The budget was split between internal resources and two vendors.  The project was delivered on time and within budget.

At Time Warner Cable, I was a Project Manager in the Business Services Product PMO.  As a Project Manager, I worked with the Product Management and Product Development teams to launch new products and upgrades to existing products.  For each project, I worked with a Cross Functional team to develop, test and prepare to operationally support the products. As several of the projects on which I worked were outsourced to vendors, I also performed vendor management. I managed the on-time launch of TWC’s new Managed Router Services solution.

For SunGard AS, I was the acting as the Director of Business Process Optimization and Project Management.  I ran several projects for the Sales Operations group to improve ordering efficiency, monitoring and reporting.

SunGard Availability Services

For NeuStar Inc., I was a Senior Product Manager in the Carrier Services group.  I was responsible for a new product that allows numbering administration and regulatory reporting for Service Providers and for a new Portal that brings many aspects of the Numbering Administrator’s information into one easy to use website. I brought both the products from concept into production, and continued to work on requirements for future releases and sales support. This new Portal used the Agile methodology for the product development lifecycle.

Previously, I supported sales operations by providing product and sales reporting for account management and the executive team. I coordinated and delivered training for new account managers.

Earlier, I was a Senior Project Manager in the Operations department. I supported projects across many business units within the company. I worked on projects to integrate recent acquisitions into the corporate applications, such as Billing, HR, ticketing and Data Warehouse. 

Formerly, I was the Senior Manager of the Technical Documentation group in the Operations department. I supervised a team of Technical Writers and aided in the writing and maintenance of various documents. The team provided technical writing support to many departments in the company, producing both internal and customer facing documentation. I also continued supporting the Project Management group as a Project Manager on a variety of projects.

Up to that time, I was a Project Manager in the Systems Development and Engineering department. In this role, I managed the rollout of new wireless number portability products in support of Operations Support Systems product line. I was responsible for overall project management from requirements development through product deployment. The role included coordination with teams from marketing, engineering, operations, and account management. I was responsible for project planning, issue resolution and escalation, and reporting to senior management. In addition, I managed full life cycle of subsequent maintenance releases for these products and the monthly patch process across all products

Sr Project Manager

For XO Communications, I worked as a Billing Analyst Team Lead in the Revenue Assurance department. During my time at XO, I worked on the national roll-out of new Order Entry and Provisioning systems, representing and supporting the Billing Order Entry and Credit and Collections groups. Included in this project was documentation of the business processes using the new systems, User Acceptance Testing, and follow-up production support. I also supported the Billing Order Entry and Credit and Collections groups in requirements gathering, prioritization, analysis, process development and documentation, User Acceptance Testing, and production support for subsequent releases of the systems. I was involved in the requirements gathering, process definition and documentation for overall Integration, a new OE system, and a new Billing system.

Billing Analyst

For Logan-Orviss International, Inc., I acted in several roles for projects in the domestic and international telecommunications industry. These projects include: 

For Teligent, I worked as a release manager to coordinate the releases of various interdependent systems. In addition, I was involved in the IT requirements gathering, writing, and coordination with the Teligent Customer Service group.

On a project for Primus Telecommunications, I performed an evaluation of the current systems architecture and data architecture. I assessed the results to make recommendations for the data architecture and reporting planning.

For Telenor, a Norwegian telephone company, I was involved in a development project for enhancements to a billing system. As the project manager of the team at Logan-Orviss, I was responsible for the design, development, and testing of the enhancements.

Logan Orviss International

For Teligent, I worked as a member of a new IT Planning group. Initially, I defined roles and responsibilities of this new group and its relationship with other groups throughout the company. The Planning team worked as the liaison between the business groups and the IT Applications group. In particular, I focused on the areas of Marketing and Legal. Also, I aided in the preparation and analysis of requirements for a new Product Catalog system. I also worked as the lead Planner for two web-based applications.

For WinStar Telecommunications, I worked as a business systems engineer to gather and document functional and detailed user requirements for an order entry / order management system. This system was being developed to input orders for WinStar customers for both local and long distance services. The role included extensive interaction with the development group and multiple user groups within the WinStar organization including Finance, Marketing, and Sales. Also, I compiled functional requirements, worked with the development and testing teams throughout the design, development, and testing phases, and aided in the data collection and conversion effort for a new product catalog system.

Winstar Communications

While at ICS, I worked on every stage of system development for several large domestic and international telecommunication companies. My primary responsibilities during this time were in the areas of order processing and message processing, but I also participated in the development of two billing systems. For all of these systems, I designed, developed, and tested programs. My areas of responsibility included:
Managing the development and implementation of the Order Processing batch subsystem for a new billing system for Telenor, the Norwegian Telephone company. Included in this area were multiple complex on-line and batch interfaces to existing Telenor systems, as well as customization of existing Order Processing batch software. Prior to the development phase of this project, I worked extensively on defining requirements for these interfaces. I also managed the system testing of two software releases.
Worked on all life cycle phases of the development of a new billing system for Worldcom. Lead analyst on the general and detailed designs of the call record processing system, including the pricing of call records, the summarization of crucial call related information, and the reprocessing of previously priced call records. Lead analyst on the testing and implementation of the Order Processing subsystem. The work in this area included interfaces to existing systems, as well as crucial order processing batch functions and reporting. Managed the User Support Group after the system initially went into production.
On a project for Comsat, a major satellite communications company, worked on the detailed design of the call record processing system. My principal area of responsibility was in the message processing subsystem, with an emphasis on the pricing of call records and billing systems. Developed the system test plan and participated in the execution of the system test itself.
