Meet Jennifer Bernstein, a founding partner and creative director with over 20 years of experience in the field. Jennifer’s firm, Level Group, is a full-service creative agency that helps clients create brand experiences across multiple media platforms. Jennifer’s expertise is in visual identity, branding, interactive media, print communications, motion graphics, and environmental design.
Before founding Level Group, Jennifer was a Senior Designer at Wechsler & Partners, where she designed campaigns for the financial sector, and Balsmeyer & Everett, where she created title sequences for feature films including Fargo, Girl 6, The People vs. Larry Flynt, and Waiting to Exhale.
Jennifer is also a dedicated design educator, with experience teaching at prestigious institutions such as Rutgers University-Newark, Pratt GradComD, and the Maryland Institute College of Art. She was also a faculty member at UArts in Philadelphia for 12 years. As an Associate Professor of Graphic Design at Rutgers University-Newark, Jennifer guides design students to become creative professionals through inspiring teaching and hands-on projects.

With an MFA in Graphic Design from Yale University and a BA in Independent Major from Brown University, Jennifer Bernstein is a respected and accomplished creative director and design educator, whose track record speaks for itself.
