Jennifer has a rich educational background, having studied at New York University and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at William & Mary.

Her professional experience includes roles such as Detailee at the Office of Innovation Tech Lab at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Chief of Staff at the Design + Development, Tech & Innovation division of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and RegTech Coordinator at the CFPB.

She has also served as Senior Advisor to the Chief Data Officer and Acting Director of Design + Development, Tech & Innovation at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Jennifer has a history in management consulting as a self-employed professional and has founded Out of the Box, a venture reflecting her innovative mindset.

Her past roles include Deputy Director of Major Gifts at the Human Rights Campaign and Associate Director of Global Events Operations at CEB, now known as Gartner.
