Jennifer Andrew is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President in Talent Acquisition at Bank of America.

Throughout her career, Jenn has undertaken various leadership roles, including overseeing large teams in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, contact centers, telesales centers, event marketing, and digital banking portfolios.

Jenn's expertise extends to global projects, having served as an Executive Liaison, consulting for digital banking teams internationally.

In her previous roles at Bank of America, she led the Employee Financial Services team and played a pivotal role in establishing strategic partnerships at The Academy, positioning it as a top-tier organization.

Jenn is currently spearheading Bank of America's Pathway Program, dedicated to talent recruitment and career development within communities, collaborating with organizations nationwide to offer sustainable career opportunities to deserving individuals.
