Jenna Moran holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) with a focus on Non-Profit Management from The George Washington University. She also completed a Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Theater and History at the University of Notre Dame, as well as a Certificate in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from The George Washington University.

Throughout her career, Jenna Moran has held key positions in various organizations. She was the Senior Project Manager at the Association of State Floodplain Managers, Inc. (ASFPM) and previously served as the Associate Program Director for Resilience, Transportation, and Infrastructure at the National Association of Counties. Jenna's experience also includes roles such as Program Manager for Resilience at National Association of Counties, Design Program Specialist at the National Endowment for the Arts, among others.

Jenna Moran's professional journey includes valuable experiences such as being an Explore the Arts Education Program Intern at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, a Design Media Visual Arts Division Intern at the National Endowment for the Arts, and a Research and Policy Intern at the U.S. Department of the Interior, Office of Surface Mining. She has also contributed through roles like Assistant Stage Manager at CENTERSTAGE, Office Assistant at RDG + Bar Annie, and Annual Fund Drive Assistant & Talent Show Director at St. Michael Catholic School.
