Jenn Embury is an experienced Clinical Customer Success Manager who has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over a decade. Currently at Veeva Systems, Jenn specializes in supporting and growing the Clinical User Communities, collaborating with various teams to enhance application features, and offering strategic advice and support to customers on adoption and change management strategies. Her areas of expertise include study management, clinical systems, eTMF, EDC, site management, SOP development, and change management.

Jenn holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physiology from the University of Saskatchewan and has studied Strategy and Change Courses at Sauder School of Business. She has worked as a Project Manager for PRA International, a Process Manager and a Clinical Research Associate/Manager at Lundbeck, a Senior Project Administrator at PRA International, and was Self-employed as an Independent Contractor.
