With her expertise in contract negotiation, intellectual property rights for digital agencies, process and policy implementation, agile project management, human resources, marketing, project management, and managing client relationships, Jenn has been instrumental in leading The1stMovement, a digital creative agency, across three offices in California, Colorado, and Hong Kong. As the former Managing Director and Senior Director of Operations, she has also been actively involved in SoDA, leading their Equality, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI) initiatives.
