Jenine J Zachar is a versatile professional with extensive experience in Enterprise and Supplier Development, change management, process design, organization culture change, CX, and design thinking. She has had a dynamic career journey, starting off as an educator before transitioning into finance and management consulting. Zachar has worked in several key positions in Standard Bank Group, notably as Customer Experience Transformation Design Lead, Enterprise Development Head, and Head of Enterprise & Direct Banking. She has studied Human Resource Management and Education at the University of Johannesburg and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Process Improvement at BMGI.
