Jeni Blood attended Morton High School and furthered her education at Illinois State University.

Her professional experience includes serving as the Director of Client Services at HR Advantage Group, Director of Human Resources at Winston & Strawn LLP, and holding HR positions at Embassy Suites and WGN-TV where she started as an intern.
