Jen Mills is a passionate advocate for addressing unmet patient needs in the evolving landscape of healthcare.
With over 18 years of experience in engaging with the patient community, Jen has worked in nonprofit, academic, and industry settings.
Currently serving as the Vice President of Patient and Professional Partnerships at Foundation Medicine, Inc., Jen focuses on advancing collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
During her tenure at Genentech, she spearheaded advocacy efforts, built relationships with patient organizations, and led innovative initiatives in various therapeutic areas.
Prior to Genentech, Jen spent nearly a decade at the Lymphoma Research Foundation overseeing patient programs and establishing partnership models.
Her early experiences in oncology at New York Presbyterian Hospital and public health in HIV/AIDS have shaped her approach to addressing patient needs.
Jen has a diverse educational background including a PhD in Social Work, an MPH in Community Health Education, and an MSW in Advanced Practice and Programming.
She has held various key roles such as Director of Patient Engagement, Advocacy Relations Head, and National Director of Patient Programs and Services.
Jen has also contributed to publications and presentations on national and international platforms, collaborating with service providers and academic leaders.
