With a wealth of experience at Rolls-Royce, Jen has held various key roles such as QHSE Manager - Overhaul Network, Operations Improvement Lead, Quality Manager for Trent 1000, Trent 900 & Trent 500 engines, Supplier Quality Manager, and Production Manager for RB199 engines. She has also completed the Manufacturing Leadership Graduate Scheme at Rolls-Royce.
