Creative Services Director

•	Lead the services teams for art, video, web and events. Project managed all internal and external projects as well as internal agency projects with global asset agency in Minsk. 
•	Project managed 2017 Super Bowl “Tanks Rule” campaign, which included 2 Super Bowl commercials, 2 follow up commercials, as well as an integrated online and social campaign.  
•	Work closely with brand teams to ensure that all visuals, messaging, and strategy are in sync and in line with the product road map. •	Project managed creative for business development team keeping large partnerships cross-promotional deals on track. Partners included Intel, Warner Bros, Nvidia, Duke Cannon.

Creative Services Management Experience 

•	Direct and project manage all internal and agency based projects, including print, online, web, digital and channel. Excellent track record of shipping large projects with quality, within budget and on time results.
•	Led Sega’s special packaging projects, including Collector’s and Special Editions. Worked on all of Sega’s top franchises, licensed titles and AAA projects. 
•	Managed television advertising creative projects for Sega. Including annual live action campaigns that required multiple running spots with rotating endings.
•	Art directed any photo shoots or illustration projects. Also developed and executed all internal CG projects for marketing as well as large scale creative for industry events and shows.

•	Art direct any illustration or photo shoot projects. Olympic packs fronts required professional athlete shoots with ISM and IOC approvals (Olympic committee). For illustration, Iron Man 1 and 2 were created from scratch, managed from pencil through to final finish, with Marvel approvals. 
•	Worked on all of Sega’s top franchises and licensed titles. All AAA projects and their execution.
•	Lead all special packaging projects, Collector’s and Special Editions. Work with operations to build and manage all trafficking of necessary assets from overseas to final pack out..
•	Manage internal CG projects for major franchises. Sourced projects based on budgets and timeline requirements. 
•	Currently Sega’s industry rating committee representative, and have been for the past 5 years. 
•	Built Sega’s creative archive and retention process for all marketing assets. Also started and maintained the product server system for all active projects.

Sr. Creative Manager

•	Worked on packaging and channel assets for Konami’s AAA titles including Metal Gear Solid and Karaoke Revolution lines. 
•	Maintained ESRB and 1st party submissions for packaged goods.
•	Worked with internal design team, external freelance team and well as external agencies for packaging and channel projects.
•	Managed the timing, trafficking, assets and feedback for all packaging and channel projects, from start of project to archive. 
•	Managed all the prepress and proofing for packaging before going to print.

Konami

Production Specialist - Creative

•	Extensive knowledge of the manufacturing industry. Including detailed scheduling of manufacturing turn times, turnkey and logistic abilities.
•	Excellent track record of shipping large products with quality, within budget and on time results.
•	Administered all purchases and production management for Marketing, Creative Services, Operations, Sales and Promotions. Met required deadlines for all goods and services for these departments.
•	Ability to construct custom packaging plans for marketing and sales from concept through to shipping to retail accounts.
•	Managed strong outside vendor relations for print, packaging, marketing, merchandising, turnkey, logistics and 1st party. 
•	Negotiated packaging contracts implementing rebate program with the ability to save the company upwards of $1M in printing costs annually.
•	Delegated production of all POP materials, and all other in store marketing and merchandising materials, such as floor and counter displays, standees, and endcap promotions.

Ubisoft

Purchasing Manager

•	Managed in store merchandising programs for all retail accounts.  Position required managing placement, purchasing, manufacturing, assembly and direct to store delivery of all materials for game titles to retail specifications. Included pre-sells, product pack-ins, contest prizes, in store displays and cross sell promotions. Such products as Myst Exile PC required 4 different floor display concepts; each custom designed to fit required specifications for each retailer. Retailers included Wal Mart, Staples, Comp USA, and all club stores.
•	Sourced key suppliers to initiate strategic agreements that reduced costs and maintained buying quality.
•	Unique ability to build unusual marketing and promotional materials, such as custom designed kiosks to character costumes, under tight deadlines.
•	Executed and manufactured all materials for all custom marketing and promotional ventures.

Merchandising Manager

•	Managed 30+ accounts from distribution to direct retail.
•	Generated $5.7M in sales revenue for fiscal 1999.
•	Negotiated new payment terms for distribution and direct retail accounts, including a 2% CIA discount incentive program.
•	Acquired Ubi Soft’s first online retail accounts, such as Amazon.com, Etoys.com and Gamecave.com.
