Jen Cole

Jen Cole, a highly accomplished professional, holds a B.A in English from the University of Mary Washington.

With a wealth of experience in the non-profit sector, Jen has served in various key roles, including Executive Director of Programs & Public Affairs at ASU Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts.

Her previous positions include Executive Director at Metro Arts - Nashville Office of Arts + Culture, Senior Advisor and Vice President of Strategy & Partnerships at Hands On Network, and Chief Executive Officer at Hands On Nashville.

Jen has also worked as a Consultant at America's Promise, Director of Local Programs at Earth Force, and in several roles at Points of Light, including Manager of Youth & Education, Director of National Partnerships, and as Youth Engaged in Service Ambassador.

Additionally, she has contributed as an AmeriCorps Program Officer and held a Youth Engaged in Service Ambassador Fellowship at Points of Light.

Her diverse experience showcases her expertise in program management, public affairs, strategy development, non-profit leadership, and youth engagement.
