Jemma Molloy is a qualified career coach and trainer dedicated to helping individuals achieve their dreams by guiding them in discovering their true purpose and taking actionable steps to realize it.

Her educational background includes studying A-Levels in English, Business Studies, and Art at West Kent College, and completing a BSc in Business Management at the University of Manchester - Institute of Science and Technology.

With a wealth of experience in both commercial and not for profit sectors, Jemma has held various roles such as Professional Development Expert at Corndel, Learning and Development Manager, Learning and Development Advisor, and Regional Fundraising and Development Manager at The Children's Society.

She was the Founder of Jemma Molloy Coaching and Training Services and has also worked in fundraising and events management capacities at Cancer Research UK and as a Conference Organiser at Brintex Events.
