Jelle-Jan van Veelen boasts over 20 years of experience in design, realization, project management, consultancy, and team leadership within internet projects, encompassing websites, apps, intranets, and associated systems and integrations.

Currently serving as the Manager Operations at Zicht, Jelle-Jan oversees two multidisciplinary scrum teams, a design team, and the servicedesk.

He has been involved in projects for a wide array of reputable entities since 1999, including Algemeen Dagblad, Diabetesfonds, Erasmus MC, Hewlett-Packard, Rijkswaterstaat, Volkskrant, and many more.

His expertise spans website development, project management, scrum mastering, product ownership, team leadership, technical consultancy, database design, search engine optimization (SEO), and usability.

Jelle-Jan's educational background includes studying Gymnasium at GSR, Industrial Design Engineering at Technische Universiteit Delft, and Information Technology at Haagse Hogeschool/TH Rijswijk.

His professional journey saw him holding roles such as Project Leader, Team Leader, Senior Web Developer, and Owner & Developer at various organizations prior to his current position at Zicht.
