Jeizzon Mendes is a seasoned Product Design Manager with a strong passion for creating innovative, meaningful and delightful user experiences. With a degree in Communication and Media Studies, Advertising, he has established himself as an expert in the field of design, having successfully managed and delivered numerous design projects throughout his career.

Jeizzon started his career as a Graphic Designer at several organizations such as EPA! Youth Marketing, Publicidade Interativa, and OESTUDIO® before transitioning into Interaction Design. He then worked as an Interaction Designer at Be! Interactive, eventually becoming their Product Lead. Next, he joined treebos as a Product Lead before getting the opportunity to work as a Product Designer at Edmodo and BetterUp, where he quickly earned a promotion to Interactive Lead - Studios.

At BetterUp, Jeizzon is currently focused on creating new products that transform lives and careers. He also consults and advises early-stage companies and non-profits. Jeizzon is known for his exceptional leadership skills, ability to foster ambition in the people he works with and his belief that great design is about what you don't know yet.
