Jehan Noon is the CEO and Co-Founder of Noon Dalton, a company specializing in providing skilled virtual employees and outsourcing solutions to businesses across North America, Europe, and Australia. Founded in 2009, Noon Dalton aims to help organizations reduce overhead costs and enhance productivity through its services, which include lead generation, recruitment, social media management, and customer service support.13

Background and Education

Jehan Noon holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan, as well as two MBAs—one from the Stockholm School of Economics and another from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.12 Prior to establishing Noon Dalton, he spent a decade at Deloitte Consulting, where he focused on outsourcing projects for Fortune 50 companies.25

He founded a charity to support a friend who was paralyzed and has served on the boards of the Children’s Memorial Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital.
