Jefry Pratama is a seasoned corporate professional with over 10 years of experience in various business domains such as Business Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, Human Capital Management, Marketing, and Business Development Initiatives. He is well-versed in Corporate Innovation, including Corporate Venture Capital Formation & Management and Corporate Venture Building. Jefry kicked off his career in the Venture Capital industry in 2017 as the GM of Investment and Portfolio Management at UMG Idealab. During his tenure, he oversaw a portfolio of 40+ startups across different sectors in ASEAN and China, managing a $10 million CVC fund for tech startup investments and venture building activities. UMG Idealab, the Investment Arm of UMG Group Myanmar, held a significant market share in Heavy Equipment and vehicle sectors in Myanmar and other ASEAN countries like Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand.
