Jeffrey Woo is a freelance Independent Educational Consultant with a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree, specializing in cooperative/collaborative leadership, effective teaching skills, classroom management, and supervision. He has a diverse professional background in teaching, administration, military service, law enforcement, and coaching.

With a strong educational foundation, Jeffrey pursued his Ed.D. in Instructional Leadership at Argosy University Phoenix and earned an M.A. in the same field from the same institution.
