Jeffrey Sugerman

Jeffrey Sugerman is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in leadership, marketing, and business development within the technology, training, and publishing industries. Sugerman started his journey as an undergraduate in Northwestern University, studying BA Psychology. He later moved on to graduate school, obtaining a Ph.D. in Psychology at Washington University in St. Louis.

Sugerman was previously the CEO of Inscape Publishing, a leading provider of assessments used by organizations to develop individuals, teams, and leaders. During his ten-year tenure, he transformed Inscape Publishing into a growth company by partnering with Riverside Capital Partners before being acquired by John Wiley & Sons. After the acquisition, Sugerman was appointed executive vice president of the Talent Solutions and Education Services Group, managing four software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies acquired by Wiley.

Sugerman is currently the principal at Sugerman, LLC. He has extensive experience in venture development, management, and general administration, which helped him build a successful career in the field.
