Jeff Koeze

Jeffrey S. Koeze is a highly accomplished individual with an extensive educational background and a rich history of professional experiences across various organizations.

He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, he studied at Cranbrook School.

Currently, Jeffrey serves as the Managing Director at Koeze Company, a role where he undoubtedly showcases exemplary leadership skills and business acumen.

Throughout his career, he has held several notable positions including being a Board of Directors Member and Member of the Governance and Compensation Committee at Utility Supply and Construction Company, Chair of the Audit Committee at Baudville, and a Partner at Nuthatch Software.

Jeffrey has also founded Koeze Company, worked as a Manager/Investor at Sydewalk, and served as an Associate Professor of Public Law and Government at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

His legal expertise is further demonstrated through his past roles as a Law Clerk at The Honorable Morey L. Sear, United States District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana, and as a Summer Associate at Williams & Connolly LLP and Squire Patton Boggs.
