Jeffrey Olson

Jeffrey Olson is a prominent figure in the field of educational technology, currently serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the College Board. In this role, he oversees a wide range of technology initiatives, including software engineering, data science, and information security. Olson became CIO just before the COVID-19 pandemic and played a crucial role in developing digital assessment systems, notably the Bluebook platform used for the SAT Suite and Advanced Placement Exams.1

Before his current position, Olson was the Chief Data Officer and Senior Vice President of Technology Strategy at the College Board.
