Jeffrey Moore is the Director of Okmulgee County Emergency Management, a position he has held since July 10, 2023. He has extensive experience in public service, particularly in emergency management and related fields, having worked in various capacities since 1993. His professional background includes roles in emergency medical services, law enforcement, fire service, and public works, as well as involvement with Red Cross Disaster Services and ministry work.12
Before his current role, Moore served as the Director of McIntosh County Emergency Management from March 2022 until his resignation in July 2023.3 His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from Colorado Technical University, where he achieved a 4.0 GPA.1
In addition to his emergency management duties, Moore is also a certified Christian life coach and has been involved in various media initiatives, including founding Praise Orlando TV and Healing Keys Ministry in Florida.1 His commitment to community service is evident in his approach to planning, response, and recovery in emergency situations.12
