Jeffrey Holst

Jeffrey Holst is a prominent figure in the real estate industry, known for his role as the owner and podcast host of Old Fashioned Real Estate. He began his journey in real estate investing in 2005 while attending law school, completing his first property flip during that time. Today, he manages a diverse portfolio of properties across Michigan, Tennessee, and Georgia, and is involved in various transactions ranging from single-family homes to larger commercial properties like hotels and grocery stores.12

Holst is an affiliate broker licensed in Tennessee and a member of the National Association of Realtors. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State College of Law, where he graduated with honors and served as the fall 2006 graduating class speaker. Additionally, he has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University. He is licensed to practice law in both Michigan and Tennessee.12
