Jeffrey Hoberman is an accomplished professional with expertise in State and Local Tax Credits and Incentives, Management Consulting, Competitive Intelligence Research, Tax Strategy, State & Local Taxation, Audit Defense, Tax Penalty Resolution, Research and Development Credits, and Payroll and Employment Tax.

Throughout his career, Jeffrey has held various positions such as Manager at RSM US LLP specializing in State and Local Tax Credits and Incentives and Employment Tax Practices, and roles at PwC in areas of US Tax Projects Delivery, State Tax Credits and Incentives, State and Local Tax Income/Franchise Controversy, along with managerial positions in Retirement Plans Consulting, and Client Service Group management.

Prior to these roles, he also served as a Senior Business Analyst at IBIS Associates and as a Senior Marketing Associate at CEB, now known as Gartner.
