    Jeffrey Hammonds holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Franklin University and has held key positions including VP of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Alliance Data, Director of Diversity Equity and Inclusion at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., and various leadership roles at NiSource, Battelle Memorial Institute, Alcatel-Lucent, and AT&T / Lucent Technologies.

    His expertise and experience make him a valuable asset in driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a culture of belonging, and promoting equality in the workplace.
