He has a wealth of experience in leadership roles, including serving as the Interim Executive Director and Vice President of City Year Miami, and spending over a decade as the Executive Director of City Year Washington, DC, where he significantly expanded the organization's outreach and fundraising capabilities.

In addition to his work at Camino Consulting Group, Jeffrey is an adjunct professor at American University, where he teaches a course he designed on nonprofit management in the education sector.

With nearly 25 years of professional experience, Franco has held key positions such as Director of Global Business Development and Project Manager at Voxiva, Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, and Associate Director of Marketing and Sales at Corporate Executive Board.
