Managed the Disney Business across all venues including The Disney Stores, The Disney Theme Parks and Shop Disney businesses globally using both a DTR and wholesaler model, generating significant volume and growth across accessories and home decor.

Helped drive new strategies in the Danielle Nicole handbag brand through innovative product and retailer partnerships. Managed the co-brands with Disney, Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, Nickelodeon and Nintendo. As a result, the business grew and expanded globally.

Drove the implementation of expanded distribution globally to include the UK,  EMEA, Asia, Australia and LATAM across accessories and home décor.

Managed and oversaw all corporate licensing, marketing and new business development, helping to
identify business drivers while reducing costs at the same time.

SVP Corp Business Development

Leveraged affiliate marketing partnerships and charitable support via a partnership with The Teen Hotline of Cedars Sinai Hospital, to support the launch of Kind Karma by Compassion Brands. This exclusive program for JCP, generated an all-new $8M retail sales program in the process.

Launched the Love Tribe brand at Macy’s in conjunction with co-brands with Disney, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros and Snoopy.

Brought Laura Marano to Macy's as the Love Tribe spokesperson. With in store events, full social media coverage, this gave the Love Tribe brand and Macy's significant additional exposure to drive robust sales.

Increased the companies brand portfolio across a variety of business owners while managing existing consumer product partners and affiliates via sales and marketing. Utilized strategic planning, print, digital and social media efforts, as well as in-store activations and promotions to support our retail partners.

Led a newly developed innovative retail activation and marketing team to create new experiential retail activations to drive non-traditional sales

Negotiated 3rd party contractual agreements across major brand partners saving over $3M dollars for the company

Spearheaded  all strategic and creative brand marketing initiatives while managing all licensors and brand owners.

Trend shopped globally and opened global international distribution.

Oversaw new partnership development with Costco, and Costco International, Amazon, Zulily, Burlington, TJX, Children’s Place, TRU and others.

Negotiated and signed licenses for Disney, Warner Bros., Nickelodeon, Hasbro, Mattel, Universal, Saban and others, garnering over $75M in new wholesale sales annually.

Opened EVY Canada to service Target, delivering more than $2M in wholesale sales in one year.

Assisted in overseeing the new boy’s division and acquired the rights for Sean John Boys and Girls and Ecko Boys brands which created over $12M in wholesale sales in two years.

Reduced development and production costs by streamlining the graphic art creative process.

Developed a virtual consumer research data program to assist Target in better understanding their guests needs.

Helped run all aspects of the entire company after the sale to FAB  in 2003.

Oversaw the creative, production, sales, licensing and marketing departments of the backpacks, luggage, stationery, school supplies, paper goods and home décor divisions, building them from $7M in wholesale sales to over $100M in less than 5 years.

Re-positioned FAB/Starpoint as the category leader in accessories.

Introduced an exclusive new scented technology with Cellessence, UK. Additionally, we developed a new anti-microbial tech formula to use in our home décor and back-to-college programs giving our retailer partners new innovation.

Optimized and managed the entire Hello Kitty business to drive incremental sales while increasing wholesale sales from $2.0M to over $35M in 3 years.

Helped opened offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shanghai.

Created Black Friday programs for major retailers generating over $4.0M in sales.

Led the development of a promotional backpack program that generated over $7.5mm in wholesale sales which repeated for 3 years with 10% year over year growth.

Oversaw all aspects of the company and its business driving sales, product development, licensing, marketing, production and finance.

After taking the mantle of this third-generation family-owned accessories business, I pursued the idea of licensing as an expansion opportunity.

I set my sights on licenses from some of the biggest brand owners in the world including Disney and Hello Kitty – both of which we eventually signed licensing agreements with.

Shifted the company strategy forever changing the direction of Pyramid and turned it into a multi-million dollar business.

Strategized and led all key account development across all divisions.



Traveled extensively in Asia for over 25+ years including overseeing all product development, buying, pricing  and sourcing.

Opened 1st factory in mainland China in 1983.

Increased production capacity to include 2000 employees as well as built and internal 80,000 square foot screen print facility in China.
