Jeffrey Davis is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and high-density housing design.

He pursued a B.S. in Psychology with a Behaviorism emphasis at Utah State University and later continued his education with Graduate work in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Southern Mississippi.

Jeffrey co-founded COCACAO INC. and has held various roles in the architectural and construction industry, including EWP Drafter, Specialist, Senior Designer, and Manager at companies like Boise Cascade Company, Capital Lumber, and Shelter Products Inc.

His expertise extends to drafting, detailing, estimating, sales, and managerial positions related to high-density, multi-family, and commercial construction projects.

With a strong educational background and extensive industry experience, Jeffrey Davis brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to any organization he is a part of.
