Jeffrey Baldwin Sr is the President of Baldwin Liaison Consulting, LLC, a strategic advisory and training company specializing in international trade & travel, homeland security, supply chain security, importing & exporting, crisis & risk mitigation and management, infrastructure protection, and leadership development.

With his background as a Senior Executive with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Jeffrey represented the United States on customs-related matters and training initiatives in various regions globally, including Europe, Central and South America, and Africa.

During his tenure at CBP, Jeffrey received numerous awards and accolades for operational leadership and training contributions, such as the Homeland Security Secretary's Award for Team DHS Excellence and the CBP Commissioner's Best Practices and Innovation Award.

Jeffrey Baldwin Sr has a strong background in leadership roles, having served as the Chairperson for the Houston Federal Executive Board and as the Chair for the Texas Gulf Coast Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), achieving substantial donations during his tenure.

As a Charter member of Texas Southern University's Maritime Advisory Board, Jeffrey provided guidance for the establishment of the university's Maritime Studies academic degree program and leadership studies.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) Cum Laude in Criminal Justice/Social Studies from Temple University, along with certificates from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Columbia University - Columbia Business School.
