With over 7 years of experience leading and directing software development teams, 9 years as a business analyst gathering business requirements and creating specifications, and 13 years of quality assurance experience, Jeff Zigman brings a wealth of expertise to any project.
Along with his technical expertise, Jeff Zigman is passionate about User Experience optimization, with a particular emphasis on mobile. He emphasizes the importance of avoiding poorly done or incomplete requirements gathering, noting that it is the single biggest problem in software development, leading to wasted time and money.
