Jeff Woolf

Jeffrey M. Woolf is a Senior Vice President and National Leader at CBRE's Private Sector Colleges & Universities Education Practice Group with over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, having completed $5 billion in transactions covering 31 million square feet of office space, including 14 million square feet in education-related deals.

Throughout his career, Jeff has been a recipient of several awards and recognitions for his accomplishments and leadership in real estate. He is also a published author on real estate topics and a frequent speaker at national conferences focusing on career college and post-secondary education.

His educational background includes a Masters in Corporate Real Estate, a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Southern California.
