Jeff Tsai

Jeff Tsai is currently the Lead for the North America Field Experiential & Global Executive Briefing Program at Dell Technologies, a position he has held since January 2022. He is based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area and has extensive experience in managing client relationships across various sectors, including government, healthcare, financial services, retail, and academia. His expertise includes digital transformation, robotic process automation, and strategic analysis, with over 15 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.1
Prior to his current role, Tsai served as the Global Lead for the Executive Briefing Program at Dell Technologies from February 2020 to December 2021, and as the Americas Lead for the same program from November 2018 to January 2020. His earlier career includes significant roles at Deloitte Consulting, where he focused on strategy, operations, and analytics, particularly in digital transformation initiatives.1
Tsai holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Business and Computer Science from Taylor University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.1
