Jeff Smith serves as the Board Chair of the Independent Data Consortium for Aviation (IDCA). In addition to his role at IDCA, he is the leader of Digital Product Programs at Parker Aerospace, where he is responsible for guiding the company's strategy and direction in digital initiatives.146
Under Smith's leadership, the IDCA aims to facilitate collaboration among aviation stakeholders by developing governance policies that enable efficient and trustworthy data sharing across the industry.
