Jeff Polsky is a highly experienced attorney specializing in employment litigation and counseling. He has a strong focus on representing employers in disputes involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour compliance, and wrongful discharge. Additionally, Jeff handles various other forms of commercial litigation.
Beyond litigation, Jeff provides strategic advice to employers on a broad spectrum of employment law matters such as reorganizations, terminations, policy development, misconduct investigations, and disability accommodations.
Jeff obtained his JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and his AB in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
