Jeff Perry

Jeff Perry is a seasoned executive coach with a background in mechanical engineering, business administration, and leadership development. Perry has helped engineers and software professionals elevate their personal and professional lives by guiding them to improve their soft skills, personal branding, and leadership abilities. He is the founder of More Than Engineering and a former host of The Engineering Career Coach Podcast at Engineering Management Institute. Perry studied at Brigham Young University where he obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and later graduated with honors with an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Washington.

Perry has held various leadership roles in his career, including Operations Engineering Manager, Arbinger Facilitator at METER Group, and Director of Modern Cities at METER Group. He has also worked in the automotive industry as a CAD Automation Developer/Business Analyst at General Motors. With his expertise, Perry can help new and existing leaders overcome impostor syndrome, improve team performance, and enhance their personal and career growth.
