    Professor of Economics at Reed College

    Jeff Parker is a seasoned educator and economist with a diverse academic background and extensive teaching experience in macroeconomics, monetary theory, econometrics, science and technology economics, and higher education economics.

    He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Stanford University and a B.A. in Economics from Drake University.

    Currently serving as a Professor of Economics at Reed College, Jeff Parker previously worked as an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Houston.

    His recent research concentrates on classroom peer effects in higher education, and he is embarking on a new initiative to create historical case studies for macroeconomics instruction.
