Jeff Mellick is a Partner at True Search, focusing on the Go To Market and Fintech verticals. With a diverse background combining 15 years on Wall Street and 3 years as a CEO of a startup, Jeff now specializes in recruiting for PE/VC firms and their portfolio companies.

During his tenure at Beachmate as Founder & CEO, Jeff successfully established a consumer products company providing beach accessories for parents with young children, paving the way for strategic partnerships with hospitality, retail establishments, and online consumers.

Before his entrepreneurial venture, Jeff held key leadership roles at renowned financial institutions including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Bear Stearns & Co./JPMorgan. Notably, as the Director of European Sales, Jeff excelled in managing cross-border sales operations, consistently surpassing objectives and generating substantial revenues.

Jeff pursued his Bachelor's degree in Government & Law at Lafayette College, further enriching his academic foundation.
