Jeff Mears

Jeff Mears is an accomplished design leader with a strong focus on driving revenue through design leadership. With a background in humanities from Portland Bible College, Jeff has held various key roles in notable organizations, such as ServiceNow, Intuit, WE Communications, and several other institutions across diverse industries.

During his tenure as Head of Design and Product Design Manager at the ITSM Business Unit of ServiceNow, Jeff demonstrated his expertise in coaching designers, prototyping innovative solutions, and prioritizing end-user experience. Prior to this, he held pivotal roles at Intuit, where he honed his skills as a Principal Experience Designer and Senior Product Designer.

Before his corporate roles, Jeff engaged in leadership positions within religious and creative organizations, including serving as Lead Pastor at City Bible Church, San Diego, Director of Worship + Creative Arts at Mannahouse, and Lead Designer + Developer at Avena Design. He also founded Gen1 Design, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit, and managed web design at Amerion.
