Jeff McKinnis

Jeff McKinnis is the Managing Partner at Korn Ferry's Atlanta office, where he plays a significant role in the Global Technology Market. With over fifteen years of experience in executive search, he specializes in the technology, software, and communications sectors. His expertise includes recruiting high-level executives such as CEOs, COOs, and CTOs, as well as various senior management roles.1

Before joining Korn Ferry, McKinnis served as a managing director at another global executive search firm, where he focused on senior-level searches and developed an emerging technology portfolio. He also worked as a director of talent management at Internet Capital Group in Boston, where he was instrumental in building senior management teams for portfolio companies. Early in his career, he held a sales position at MCI.12

In addition to his professional responsibilities, McKinnis is actively involved in the community. He serves on the board of directors for Artemis at the Fernbank Museum and is part of the advisory board for New Distribution Inc. He is also engaged with organizations like the Technology Association of Georgia and the Southeastern Software Association.1
