Jeff graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Mechatronics from the University of California, Berkeley, and later pursued a Master's degree in Systems Engineering at San Jose State University, along with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution.

Throughout his career, Jeff has held key positions in renowned organizations within the solar energy sector. He has served as the US Regional Head and VP of Project Development at Trina Solar, showcasing his strategic leadership and project management abilities.

Prior to his role at Trina Solar, Jeff worked as the Director of Project Development at ReneSola Ltd., and held VP of Business Development positions at Pegasus Solar, Inc., RENESOLA AMERICA, INC., and Director of Sales and Business Development at ReneSola America.
