Jeff Kotowitz

Jeff Kotowitz is a seasoned partner in PwC's Deals practice based in San Francisco who oversees the Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services business in the US and Mexico. He has held the role of partner at PwC since 2001, accumulating nearly two decades of experience focusing on deals-related transactions.

In his current position, Jeff plays a pivotal role in guiding private equity and corporate clients through intricate transactions. He specializes in offering expert financial reporting advice across various areas such as M&A, joint ventures, financial instruments, and leasing transactions. Jeff's expertise extends to advising clients in sectors like technology, cleantech, and power and utilities through a wide range of deals, from early-stage investments to large-scale transactions.

Jeff Kotowitz's international experience includes working on deals in both established and emerging markets, further enriching his comprehensive portfolio. Apart from his professional achievements, Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts.
