Jeff Killip is a seasoned public health policy expert and lawyer with a diverse and impressive background. He holds an MPH in Public Health Policy and Management from The Johns Hopkins University and a JD with an Environmental Law emphasis from Seattle University School of Law. Additionally, he earned a BA in Geology from Colgate University. Jeff has been a former Principal at Killip Consulting LLC, Industrial Hygiene Technical Policy & Laboratory Manager at Division of Occupational Safety & Health. He has held leadership positions at regulatory bodies like Health Policy Analyst at Washington State Health Care Authority, Regulatory Counsel at Western Institutional Review Board, and Standards Program Manager at WA State Dept of L&I. Jeff has also worked as Assistant Attorney General for the Washington and Alaska Attorney Generals' offices; Assistant Health Services Administrator at Southcentral Foundation; and Managing Director at Washington State Association of Local Public Health Officials. Currently, Jeff serves as Acting Deputy Assistant Director at Division of Occupational Safety & Health, Washington Department of Labor & Industries. Before that, he was Sr. Program Manager of Education & Outreach at Division of Occupational Safety & Health, WA State Department of Labor & Industries.
