Jeff Kasten

Jeff Kasten is an accomplished professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Vermont.

With a wealth of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, Jeff has held key strategic roles at leading organizations. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy, New Product Planning, and Portfolio & Product Management at Sage Therapeutics.

Prior to his current position, Jeff held the role of Senior Director, Head of New Product Planning at Sage Therapeutics, and played crucial roles at Biogen Idec, where he served as the Senior Director of New Product Commercialization & RITUXAN® Strategic Marketing, Director of Commercial Assessments & Disease Strategies, and Associate Director/Director of New Product Commercialization in the Early Neurology Pipeline.

Before his tenure at Biogen Idec, Jeff gained valuable experience at Putnam Associates, Inc., where he worked as a Senior Manager and Manager. Earlier in his career, he honed his skills as a Consultant, Associate Consultant, and Financial Analyst at Bain & Company.
