Jeff Heim is a seasoned Cybersecurity Solutions Architect with a diverse background in ISP, NOC, and Enterprise Engineering and Operations. Dedicated to fostering strong partnerships and ensuring customer success by delivering tangible business outcomes.

Specializing in various areas including Security Architecture, Security Transformation, Network Segmentation, Identity and Access Management, Routing and Switching, Software Defined Networking, Network Management, Wireless and Mobility, and Service Provider Networks.

Jeff pursued his education in Computer Science, obtaining an Associate of Science degree from Charter College.

With a comprehensive professional journey, Jeff has held key roles at prominent organizations such as World Wide Technology where he served as a Consulting Solutions Architect and a former Consulting Systems Engineer. Prior to this, he garnered experience as an Enterprise Network Engineer at Leverage Information Systems, and held various positions at Alaska Communications Systems including IP/Systems Engineer III, IP Engineer II, IP Engineer I, and PC Support Technician.
