Jeff Hampe

Jeff Hampe, a seasoned strategic manager and gymnastics professional, with over 25 years of experience in both fields, is a goal-oriented leader with strong problem-solving skills. With his previous positions in Mini-Hops Gymnastics and Grant Thornton LLP, Jeff honed his skills in collaborative groups in the areas of operations, finance, and processes. Jeff played an integral role in mentoring program directors and leading teams at Mini-Hops Gymnastics. Also, he successfully developed and implemented strategies that led to the company's largest ever growth period. On the other hand, at Grant Thornton LLP, Jeff gained experience auditing financial statements for dynamic growth companies and provided assurance on commercial shoots for a major retailer.

Jeff has also served in the US Navy for four years and coached all levels of men's gymnastics for over 25 years. He has a proven ability to work with staff, volunteers, and department leaders.
