•	Delivered 16 consecutive quarters of YOY revenue growth. Grew annual new license sales from $380K to ~$30M in a highly competitive SharePoint Security and Governance market.  

•	Axceler acquired by VC-backed (Insight and Bessemer) Metalogix Software - the largest SharePoint Microsoft ISV. 

•	Developed best practices and sales methodology to scale from 8 inside sales reps to 55+ sales reps and 10 solution engineers over a 4-year period. Led recruitment, hiring, and ongoing training and development. Directly managed 3 RVPs; Boston, London and Los Angeles and Sales Operations Manager.

•	Responsible for quarterly forecasting and revenue predictability; teamed with the CEO and CFO to ensure profitable growth.
 
•	Partnered with CMO to ensure pipeline acceleration and sales velocity to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
 
•	Expanded global revenue through territory penetration into western North America, South America and Australia, executed through opening of LA office. Built and provided executive oversight of EMEA sales office in London.
